Summary: Overall, really great experience. The room was very nice. Loved the bathroom that doubles as a steam room. The treats, personalized stationary, and signature scent were a nice touch. We didn't eat there, but we had some cocktails that were good. The pool was kind of a let down. If you like to do laps, you might like the forced water feature that allows you to swim in place. But otherwise, there's nothing special about it. No hot tub and no steam room. We did have one odd interaction. We totally forgot about a turn down service. We were in the tub and my wife noticed someone in the room. I jumped out and asked who was there. The shower/tub space is a separate room from the main bathroom so I had nothing on. The person came in and started talking to me while I was trying to cover my privates. Asked them to leave. Instead that went back to working on the bed. Kept telling them I'd like them leave. Instead they finished the bed and left. Weirdest hotel moment of my life.
